Jesus came to seek and save the lost and we are committed to continue His mission. Our collective is faithful to preaching the gospel and equipping our people to reach the lost. We celebrate nothing more than when one person crosses over from death to life.
New churches won’t succeed in isolation, and every church planter needs to learn from those that have gone before them. Our collective is committed to having open and real relationships with one another.
Church planting is a family business, and healthy families lead healthy churches. We provide targeted care and support for the lead pastor, his wife, and their children.
There is theological diversity within our collective; however, we hold tight to a few shared beliefs that we believe are essential to leading extraordinary churches.
WORD AND SPIRIT
Our collective wants the fullness of the Word and the fullness of the Spirit in our churches. We want the gospel preached and the Holy Spirit changing lives. We want our churches to know the Word and be led by the Spirit.
GRACE AND TRUTH
Reaching lost people is messy. Our churches are willing to step into this mess and balance grace and truth. We reach our communities with uncompromising truth and unrestrained grace.
We only invest in churches that have a plan to start new churches. Unless a reproducing DNA exists from the beginning, churches rarely become church-planting churches.
Because the mission is so critical and our investment is significant, we are intentional, thoughtful, and prayerful about who we partner with. We are looking for extraordinary leaders that demonstrate the capacity to lead churches that will transform their communities.
Well-funded churches start stronger and grow quicker. Being highly selective allows us to support our church planters generously.
Getting to launch is not the goal; leading extraordinary churches that impact communities is the end game. Before and after launch, we provide coaching, training, and resourcing for the lead pastor, worship teams, and children’s ministry.
